I provide compassionate counselling support for individuals facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, self-esteem concerns, ADHD, and more. My approach is both holistic and relational, ensuring that each client receives personalized care tailored to their unique needs. Together, we will work towards enhancing your emotional and mental well-being in a safe, supportive environment.
Counselling sessions are typically held weekly on a set and consistent day and time, each session lasting 50 minutes. This regularity is essential for building a strong therapeutic relationship, fostering routine, and ensuring continuity in our progress.

Before our journey together begins, we will have a complimentary 15-minute consultation call.
